William Lee
William Lee is an 8th grade student in The International Baccalaureate Program at Winston Churchill Middle School. He was born on June 4, 2004 as a third child. He lives in the suburbs of Sacramento and has remained in the same house where he was born. He enjoys writing poems and one of his poem, “Winter”, has been published. Besides writing poems, he enjoys piano and reading. His school life is a good balance of fun and work. During school, he likes to socialize with friends and learn about various subjects. There are no topics that fail to interest him. His experiences of joy and sadness are what keep him going, even when times are harsh and painful. During his free time,  he likes to play and explore on his computer, listen to music and attempts to train his new dog. He also enjoys the clear skies that his neighborhood has while drinking tea and sitting on the bistro table by the pool. He has an older brother and an older sister. They left home for college while he was in kindergarten. They have inspired him to follow in their footsteps by attending a prestigious college and on-up them by going to a graduate school in the future. He is determined to make this an online magazine viewed by students his school so that those that will replace him will be encouraged to continue the work that his colleagues and William have contributed to. He plans to share not only news and educational materials but his feelings and opinions of important people and issues. He hopes that the world would become a better place through all the anger, aggression, and suffering. One thing he would like to say is, "Keep going and never give up if you want to reach your dreams."
